Originally the site of an 18th-century Royal Naval Dockyard, the Trident Hotel Kinsale was built in the 1960s and purchased by the Good Family from Kinsale in 1986. The historic stone-store area, with 400 years of history, was transformed into the Wharf Tavern, Pier One Restaurant, and a banqueting suite for weddings, meetings, and conferences.
Since opening our doors in 1965, we have been one of Cork's most popular hotels, offering both locals and visitors exceptional service in luxurious surroundings. We feature 75 beautifully modern guestrooms, including an executive wing with 30 rooms and 11 luxury suites, with the suites offering breathtaking views of Kinsale Harbour.
