Shorter days and darker evenings - more time to spend relaxing.
There's something magical about wintertime. But as the days start to get a little shorter and a lot colder it's easy to lose sight of this sense of wonder. Remember those days as a child when you hoped and prayed to wake up to a snow day? Whilst we cannot guarantee the snow there are mornings we have the most beautiful white fog settled like a blanket over the harbour and as it warms up, the world will be born from this whiteness as if it were art appearing on a three-dimensional canvas. These mornings are best enjoyed while enjoying breakfast in the waterfront restaurant watching it all unfold.
