Q. What time is Check In?

A: From 4pm.

 

Q: Does your hotel offer car parking?

A: The hotel offers over 50 complimentary car parking spaces.

 

Q: Does the hotel offer WiFi?

A: The hotel offers complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.

 

Q: How do I log in to your Wifi?

A: If it is your first time to visit, you will be asked to provide an initial registration.  After this it will automatically connect.

 

Q: What time is Breakfast served?

A: Monday - Sunday: 7.30am - 10.30am

 

Q: What are your dining options?

A: Pier One Restaurant serves breakfast daily.

Wharf Tavern serves lunch from 12.30pm - all day menu including popular carvery lunch, 7 days a week, choices change daily to ensure a wide variety of dishes and use the best of seasonal Irish produce.

Dinner: 7 days a week from 5pm

 

Q: I have food allergies, do you cater for these?

A: We offer a breakdown of allergens on our menus. Any specific requirements should be forwarded to the hotel prior to arrival.

 

Q: Is the hotel Pet friendly?

A: Guide Dogs Only

 

Q: Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

A: Yes

 

Q: Is there tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms?

A: Yes

 

Q: Is there a safe in the rooms?

A: In the Suites only.

 

Q: Is there air con?

A: In the Executive Guestrooms and Suites.

 

Q: Do you allow smoking?

A: Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel or in the guestrooms, smoking in a bedroom will incur a penalty of €200.

 

Q: Do you provide Irons and Ironing Boards?

A: The hotel provides a supply of Irons and Ironing Boards on request.

 

Q: Do you have a Leisure Centre?

A: Yes, we offer complimentary access to a Health & Fitness Club including 15m deck level pool, Kids Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam Room 4-minute walk

 

Q. What time is check out?

A. Check-out is at 12.00 noon.

 

Q: Can I request a Late Check Out?

A: Yes, but this is subject to availability and may incur a surcharge of €30.  Late Check out is 2pm.

 

Q: What payment options are accepted?

A: Cash payments are only accepted if a Credit Card is provided on check in. If paying with a Debit Card full payment will be taken off the Debit card on arrival.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All reservations have a 48 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
