Travelling to Kinsale From Shannon Airport

Follow signs for Limerick using first route N19 and then N18 (approx 18 miles) on entering Limerick at Shannon Bridge Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Dock Road - N69 (signposted Tralee, Cork (N20) N69 – Keep following signs for Cork, which will take you on route N20 through the towns of Charleville, Buttevant and Mallow Entering Cork N20. On entering Cork turn right onto the N20 (signposted City Centre) N20 and follow signs for Cork Airport via the Southlink Road until you reach the Kinsale Road Roundabout where you take the 2nd exit onto the N27 (signposted ‘Kinsale, Airport’) At the Airport Roundabout continue straight ahead (2nd exit) on the R600, keep on this route – you will pass through the villages of Riverstick and Belgooly before arriving in Kinsale. The Trident Hotel is located on the water’s edge at the end of the Pier Road.
