Travelling to Kinsale From Killarney

Follow directions for Cork via the N22 passing through the towns of Ballyvourney and Macroom, continue on to the N25 on entering the town of Ovens and follow this route until you reach the Bandon Road Roundabout take the 3rd Exit onto the N71 signposted ‘West Cork’ (heading South) stay on this route until you reach ‘the Halfway Road Roundabout and take the 1st Exit onto the R607, signposted ‘Kinsale’. Follow this route into Kinsale town, taking a left onto Pearse St. at the Blue Haven (with ‘the White House’ on your right!). At the junction at the top of Pearse St. turn right (onto the R600) and then left (past the Tourist office) onto the Pier Road (following signs for Garrettstown and staying on the R600, the Trident Hotel is located on the water’s edge at the end of the Pier Road on the left hand side.
