Travelling to Kinsale From Dublin

Follow the Signs for The South (Signposted N7, N8, N9), Continue on the N7 which becomes the M7 Motorway until you see signs to exit for Cork, Tullamore, Port Laiose (signposted N8) – NB* you must turn off the M7 motorway to follow the N8 for Cork. Following this exit from the motorway take the 1st exit onto the N8 (signposted Cork) and continue on the N8. You will pass through the towns of Abbeyleix, Durrow, Cullahill, Johnstown, Urlingford, Littleton, Ballymoreen, Mitchelstown, Fermoy & Rathcormac. At the Dunkettle Interchange roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N25 (signposted South Ring) Continue forward onto Jack Lynch Tunnel - N25. Entering Cork At Bloomfield Interchange continue forward onto the N25 (signposted Airport) At Kinsale Road Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Kinsale Road - N27 (signposted Kinsale, Airport) At Airport Road Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the R600 (signposted Kinsale) Turn right onto the R600. You will pass through the towns of Fivemile Bridge, Riverstick and Belgooly before arriving in Kinsale. Once in Kinsale follow the signs for Garrettstown (staying on the R600), the Trident Hotel is located on the far end of the town on the water’s edge at the end of the Pier Road on the left hand side.
